The 1-minute meter shows real-time momentum strength directly on the 1-minute chart, making it ideal for day traders and scalpers.
The 4-hour meter analyzes broader market phases and compares them with historical data (e.g., the last 365 days). You immediately know whether the current environment is unusually strong or weak.
