1. Controller
The data controller for this website is:
Arty Trades
Email: friends@arty.de
2. Data We Process
When you visit our website, the server automatically stores technical information (IP address, browser version, date/time, referrer) in log files. This is necessary to deliver the site securely and diagnose abuse. Log processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a stable platform.
3. Contact Requests
If you send us a message via the contact form or email, we store the data you submit (name, email, message, optional company details) to handle your request. The data is deleted once your request is answered unless legal retention rules require a longer period.
4. Customer Accounts and Orders
When you create an account, purchase software, or subscribe to mentoring, we process identification, billing, and license data to fulfill the contract, provide updates, and offer support. Payment data is handled by the payment service provider you select (for example Stripe or PayPal); we receive confirmation of the payment status but not your full credit-card number.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We only use strictly necessary cookies for login persistence and CSRF protection. No advertising or behavioral tracking cookies are deployed. You can block cookies in your browser; however, some secure areas of the member platform may no longer function.
6. Processors and Third Parties
We work with infrastructure partners (hosting providers, email delivery services, CRM tools) who process data on our behalf. All partners are bound by data-processing agreements and may only use the data as instructed. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
7. Retention
Server logs are typically erased within 30 days. Customer and billing information is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and for statutory retention periods (e.g., tax law). Support tickets are deleted once resolved unless they must remain as evidence of compliance.
8. Your Rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, or data portability for your personal information. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, contact us at friends@arty.de. Additionally, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
9. Withdrawal of Consent
If processing relies on your consent (for example, optional newsletters), you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future. Use the unsubscribe link in the email or contact us using the details above.
10. Updates
We review this Privacy Policy whenever we launch new services or if legal requirements change. Substantive updates will be announced inside the member dashboard or via email. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
