ArtyTrades Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Scope and Agreement

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions govern participation in the ArtyTrades Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate, you enter into a binding agreement with ArtyTrades and agree to comply with these terms.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a 15% commission on the first three (3) paid billing months of each referred customer. Trial periods are excluded. Commissions start with the first successful paid invoice.

For annual or prepaid subscription plans, commissions are calculated as a one-time payment based on the initial invoice only. No recurring commissions are generated for prepaid or yearly plans.

The maximum commission per referred customer is limited to either three (3) monthly billing cycles or one (1) annual payment, depending on the selected subscription plan.

3. Eligible Referrals

Commissions are paid only for genuine, completed, and paid subscriptions. Refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, failed payments, self-referrals, or fraudulent sign-ups do not qualify for commissions.

4. Promotional Conduct

Affiliates must promote ArtyTrades honestly, accurately, and in good faith. Any misleading statements, guaranteed profit claims, exaggerated results, or false representations of trading performance are strictly prohibited.

Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules, including disclosure requirements for affiliate relationships.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Spam or unsolicited messaging
• Brand bidding on ArtyTrades or similar trademarks
• Cookie stuffing, forced redirects, or deceptive tracking methods
• Cashback, rebate, or coupon sites without prior written approval
• Misrepresentation of ArtyTrades products or services

6. Payments and Payout Threshold

Affiliate commissions are tracked and paid via the affiliate platform. Payouts are subject to the platforms verification processes and schedules.

A minimum payout threshold of USD 200 applies. Commissions will only be paid once the minimum payout amount is reached. Unpaid commissions below this threshold will roll over to subsequent periods.

If an affiliate account is terminated, unpaid commissions below the minimum payout threshold will not be paid out.

7. Termination

ArtyTrades reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time in the event of policy violations, abuse, or fraudulent behavior. No future commissions will be owed after termination.

8. Modifications

ArtyTrades may update or modify these Affiliate Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Germany, unless mandatory statutory provisions require otherwise.
